一 |     (ECNS) -- The Urology Center of the Philippines performed the country’s first remote surgery in Quezon City on Tuesday.    Two Philippine urologists based in Shanghai remotely controlled a surgical robot to carry out a prostate surgery on a patient in the Philippines. Using a high speed internet network in Shanghai, the doctors manipulated the robotic equipment in real time to complete the operation. A local medical team in Quezon City provided on-site support throughout the procedure.    Robotic surgery is less invasive than traditional operations. This technology allows doctors to overcome geographical barriers and perform surgeries on patients located in completely different regions.    The successful operation marks another milestone in medical cooperation between China and the Philippines. Because the Philippines is an archipelago with unevenly distributed healthcare resources, remote surgery could eventually help patients in distant areas gain access to specialized medical services.    (By Intern Lin Qiaochu, Zhang Dongfang)                    。    近期，浦东城管综合执法局农业执法大队中国渔政31402船在杭州湾水域浦东段开展日常执法巡航时，执法队员在海面上发现一大型漂浮物。经初步观察，确认该漂浮物是一条死亡的鲸鱼，执法人员立即进行处置。区综合执法局农业执法大队渔政执法中队执法队员 张传好：发现是条鲸鱼，属于野生保护动物级别，我们向市总队汇报，市总队按照相关规定，联系上海自然博物馆，要求我们立即将鲸鱼拖回芦潮港码头。次日一早，市、区两级农业执法部门以及上海自然博物馆相关人员赶赴芦潮港码头，对死亡鲸鱼进行现场检查。这条鲸鱼体长约6米，体重约3吨，尸身完整，尚未腐烂，经现场专家初步鉴定为须鲸类幼体。由于鲸鱼体积较大，在起吊上岸后，当天将其运输至相关区域给予解剖处理，肌肉和内脏无害化处理后，留存皮张和骨骼。据了解，须鲸是仅次于蓝鲸的世界第二大动物，别名为黑板须鲸。鲸目鲸科须鲸属动物，中国国家二级保护动物，须鲸分布于亚洲，在中国分布于黄海、东海、南海等海域。须鲸类动物的体形巨大，最小的种类体长也大于6米。其口中没有牙齿，只有在胚胎发育时可以看到退化的牙齿，但上颌左右两侧的腭部至咽部各生有150~400枚呈梳齿状排列的角质须。

二 | 犹如巨大的毛发，与面部的绝大多数毛发一样。它们的“毛牙”能够捕获猎物。大多数须鲸都在1至3月份时于温、热带海域繁衍后代，雌兽妊娠期10～11个月，幼仔出生时体长4.5～4.8米，哺乳期约半年。

三 | 8岁性成熟，寿命一般可以活到几十年到一百年。
